Formspree processes this data on our behalf. We do not store form submissions on our own servers.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes. We do not use your information for marketing or automated profiling.

This website uses a limited number of cookies required for site performance and caching. Specifically, we use W3 Total Cache, a caching plugin that may set session-level performance cookies to serve pages efficiently. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Source Confidentiality
The protection of journalistic sources is a core principle of FCJS’s work. We operate in an active conflict environment. We make an explicit commitment: we will not share any identifying information about sources, contacts, or enquirers with any government authority, intelligence service, armed group, or third-party entity, regardless of jurisdiction or pressure. This commitment extends to contact form submissions received from individuals operating inside Sudan or in sensitive environments.

7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process limited data in connection with this website:

- DreamHost — Web hosting.

8. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. We do not maintain long-term databases of visitor personal data.
